Weave Toshi is Japan's leading manufacturer and retailer specializing in hats. We have 18 shops in Japan and 1 in London. We care about, and produce, hats which are high in quality. CA4LA is the original Japanese hat brand. 70% of our merchandise is made and designed in Japan. Weave Toshi developed a new concept of 'head apparel' against the old formality of the conventional hat shop. This concept has enhanced hats as an essential part of fashion, and changed the meaning of the hats existence. Our staff of many designers, reflect their individual personalities in the creation of unique and various styles of hat. Upon entering our stores you will soon realise this is not a conventional hat shop; each store has its own eclectic mix of antiques, furniture and curiosity's. The hats are placed against this enchanting backdrop adding atmosphere to your shopping experience. Through the process of production, distribution, and sales of just one hat, many people are involved from all over the world. The world has rapidly become closer due to the popularization of internet; however, we strive to give our hats a human feel and we hope this is communicated through our product. Wearing a hat should be a worldwide pleasure. Making a small change in one's life is an important element towards happiness. We believe that it is our role to spread this message not only in Japan, but also to the world.

Our brand name 'CA4LA' (Pronounced as Ka-shi-la in Japanese) means the head and also the top In addition to our own designs, we also carry imported items and items that we have collaborated on with international artists, designers and musicians. These items are well received in both Japan and overseas. We would like to further expand our international market; and in 2006 we opened our first overseas' shop in London. This success is developing business internationally. We also have an online shop available for your convenience: www.ca4la.com CA4LAs focus is on fashion, and we believe that our customers have great trust in us. We are constantly challenging convention with our hats, and we will continue to do this in the future.

"test," was opened by CA4LA in 2003, and was designed to offer an alternative and more experimental take on hats (hence the name "test") It is a select shop which stocks specially chosen items that convey this concept. We mainly carry imported brands from the worlds of fashion and art, alongside CA4LAs own directional styles. Our gallery at "test," acts as an exciting entrance to the main store, passing through this high fashion walkway, you will eventually reach the splendid world of "test,". This wide hall with its high ceiling, is adorned with antique fittings and lit with stunning chandelier lighting, we feel it showcases our hats as if they were pieces of art. "test," has become a hot bed of young and upcoming talents. The hat industry watches with keen eyes as we constantly challenge old perspectives and breed new trends.
